Refectory employees receive training

Aiming the continuous improving of the service quality offered by the Food Section of Centro Educacional Leonardo da Vinci, the domestic economist, specialized in feeding, Cleide Aparecida Alves Pena - new section coordinator - lectured on hygiene to her team.



The coordinator provided the ten Refectory employees with information on personal hygiene, food manipulation care and orientation on the use of clothes adapted to the work in the kitchen. "The World Health Organization understands that a healthy life includes physical, mental and social" aspects, stood out Cleide, who has already worked at the industrial kitchen of the Companhia Siderúrgica de Tubarão (CST).



The employees posed several questions and cleared up doubts on how to offer a healthy feeding and free from noxious microorganisms to the health.



The use of masks, gloves, caps and other instruments are part of the routine of the employees that produce the food served at CENTRO EDUCACIONAL LEONARDO DA VINCI.



All the balanced meals are complete in nutrients, allowing feeding to be a complement of the educational activities developed in the school, besides functioning as source of energy.
